Get this new school year off to a great start with essential oils for kids that help with mood, focus, immune support and more! Getting them into a habit of using the oils will set them up for success!

Morning Routine

Diffuse:

citrus oils, mint oils, grounding oils – Motivate, Wild Orange & Peppermint

Quick, healthy breakfast:

Recipe: Sara Mize TerraGreens Smoothie
1/4 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1 cold banana
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop doTERRA Terra Greens
Blend in blender & serve

frozen blueberries
1/4 frozen banana
1/2 cup of oatmeal
ground flaxseeds
chia seeds
Chocolate Trim Shake

coconut milk
Blend in blender & Serve.

Recipe: Salt and Wit Cheesecake Protein packed, make ahead breakfast!
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla Trim Shake (adapted)
toothpick of lemon essential oil (adapted)
1 cup rolled oats
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
¼ cup cream cheese
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
maple syrup to taste
Mix in a bowl, place in small bowls/mason jars, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight is best.

Personal Hygiene:

Shake bottle well and spray on hair before school.

School Day Support

Inhalers are great, safe, portable ways to provide mood, focus, behavior support.
Encourage good hand washing and use non-toxic hand cleanser when unavailable.

Afterschool Routine

Mood: Diffuse – citrus oils, grounding oils, calming oils, focus oils

Recipe: Brain Power Diffuser Blend
2 drops Frankincense
2 drops Cedarwood
1 drops Rosemary
2 drops Grapefruit

Recipe: Happy Homework Diffuser Blend
1 drops Patchouli
4 drops Bergamot
2 drops Ylang Ylang

Recipe: Let’s Get It Done Diffuser Blend
1 drops Sandalwood
3 drops Lemon
2 drops Spearmint

Athlete Support

Pre-workout: DeepBlue Rub on muscles, gentle movement, stretching

Energy & Stamina: Peppermint (daily is great), Mito2Max (no stimulants), Breathe (feeling of open airways)

Hydration: water unless exercise for over 1 hour or hot and sweating, coconut water isa good replacement, add sea salt for electrolytes.

Recovery: Meal – doTERRA TrimShake with whole, non-homogenized milk & banana – 30 – 120 minutes after exercise

Muscle Support: alternate hot & cold shower/bath, Epsom salt bath – soak for 20 minutes, can add a few drops essential oil like AromaTouch, White Fir, Marjoram, Cypress (mix in the salt, then dissolve in the bath)

Evening Routine

Limit evening electronics. Turn off screens at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
